I have signed up and made payment with SenderLive, Now what next?

First of all, we would like to thank for choosing us as your bulk email marketing service partner. Generally, our support team will get back to you within 15 minutes of your signup through the email id you signed up with. You will be provided with all the details required you to get started including application URL and login credentials.

I have got the application URL and all the details, Now what next?

Great. Now all you have to do is to start using our service. Let us describe all the steps below one by one with each option in detail. All you have to do is to follow the steps.

1. Sending Campaign With SenderLive

Visit the application link provided by our support on your registered email id. You would see an interface asking for your email id and password. Now all you have to do is to log in to the interface (Application) using the same username and password provided to you. Please check the screenshot below.

Now next please change your password from the dashboard after you log in the first time (strongly recommended). Follow the below steps to do so.
Now another important part. You need to upload your contact list before you send a campaign. Let’s have a look at the below steps.

After you click on the lists option you will find a drop-down with a couple of options, Lists & Tools. Just click on the Lists option. Now click on Create New Option from there. Have a look at the below screenshot.

Now Fill up all the details there. Fields marked with ” * ” are must to filled. And Click on Save Changes.

Now Click on Lists Option absolutely left pane and you have done earlier. After you click on the lists option you will find a drop-down with a couple of options, Lists & Tools. Just click on the Lists option. Now You can see your newly created contact list name and just move the window a bit and you will see something similar to the below screenshot. Just click the option marked in the screenshot to import your contact list.

Now You will find 3 options there. Choose any one option based on your requirements. And save it.

Now you will require to choose Email Template

Here are 2 options for you either you choose from your templates and edit that one as per your need or you can configure your email template.

Edit template provided by us
  1. Click on Email Templates from the left pane.
  2. Click On Gallery from the drop-down.
  3. Choose a Template.
  4. Click on the Import button.
  5. Now Click on the Campaigns button from the left pane.
  6. Click on All Campaigns from the drop-down.
  7. Click on Create New button.
  8. Fill out all the required fields. (Ex. Campaign Name, Lists, etc.)
  9. Click on Save & Next Button.
  10. Now Enter From Name, From Email (Sender Email), Reply to (Bounce Mail ID) & Subject (Email Subject).
  11. Click on Save and Next Button.
  12. Now There You might see a message as “You are required to verify your sending domain(*********.com) in order to be able to send this campaign!” which is discussed later in the topic.
  13. Now Click on Change/Select template button to edit the template you have chosen earlier.
  14. Now click on the choose button to get the template to edit.
  15. Now you can edit the template from there and click on save & next button when you finish editing the template.
  16. Remember [COMPANY_FULL_ADDRESS] & [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] is a must to send a campaign that you have entered at the time of creating the database.
  17. Now you can schedule your campaign or you can click on the send campaign button to send the campaign immediately.

Note:: If you face any error at the time of sending the campaign like “Verify Your Sending Domain”. Please follow the steps described in the later section.

Create your own template
  1. Click on the Campaigns button from the left pane.
  2. Click on All Campaigns from the drop-down.
  3. Click on Create New button.
  4. Fill out all the required fields. (Ex. Campaign Name, Lists, etc.)
  5. Click on Save & Next Button.
  6. Now Enter From Name, From Email (Sender Email), Reply to (Bounce Mail ID) & Subject (Email Subject).
  7. Click on Save and Next Button.
  8. Now There You might see a message as “You are required to verify your sending domain(*********.com) in order to be able to send this campaign!” which is discussed later in the topic.
  9. Now you have 3 options there. Either you can Import html from url button, upload template, and Toggle Template Builder Button. Choose one which is best suited for you. Note:: Toggle Template Builder Button is best suited for you if you have very little coding knowledge.
  10. After you finish editing the template from there and click on save & next button when you finish editing the template.
  11. Remember [COMPANY_FULL_ADDRESS] & [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] is a must to send a campaign that you have entered at the time of creating the database.
  12. Now you can schedule your campaign or you can click on the send campaign button to send the campaign immediately.

Note:: If you face any error at the time of sending the campaign like “Verify Your Sending Domain”. Please follow the steps described in the later section.

How to get rid of the “Verify Your Sending Domain” issue

Since you have noticed that you had to enter your sending domain while you created your contact list or you created your campaign. Now here comes the error showing exactly the domain you entered there and asking you to verify that you are the owner of the domain. This step is for security purposes and better email delivery. You must have DNS access for the domain you choose as a sending domain. So you can not choose Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, outlook or any public domain which you don’t have DNS access. Now move to the next part, in the error message it’s asking for you to click somewhere (ex. Please click here to add and verify ****.com domain name. After verification, you can send your campaign.). Now click on that and follow the steps below.

  1. Now have been taken to a page.
  2. Enter Your Sender Domain name in the Domain Name field. (Ex. enter yourdomain.com, not id@yourdomain.com) and left other fields blank.
  3. Now click on the Save Changes button.
  4. Now go to the DNS dashboard of your domain and insert the records as showing there. And wait for 5 minutes to propagate and click on the Verify DNS records button. This propagation time depends on your DNS Provider or Domain Provider.

Note:: If you do not know how to edit DNS records please contact our support and raise a ticket regarding the same. We are happy to help you with this. After Domain Verification you can send your campaign.

2. Check Campaign Statistics

Click on the campaign button from the left pane and a drop-down will appear. Now Click on Stats button and you will see your campaign list choose your campaign and now check stat by clicking on each section from there you open, unique open, click, unique click and customer email ids who opened your mailing or clicked your mailing everything.

How to check how much quota & Validity left for the plan I purchased

Note:: You have to keep checking your plan quota & validity. In some cases we provide extra validity and that you can check through the process mentioned above. You will not be able to send emails after your plan’s validity or quota ends. And we will make your account inactive to save our server resources.
